Topiary Heart Kit
Plant your own succulent heart. We have put together an easy to do kit that includes everything you will need to create a beautiful living topiary heart.
Our kit includes:
1 – 14″ moss filled heart frame.
15 – Well rooted sempervivums (mixed colors)
Planting and care instructions.
Our succulent hearts plant up easily and are also easy to care for. Place outdoors in an area that receives at least half a day of sunlight. Water when the moss feels slightly dry by totally submerging your topiary in a tub of water. Soak for 5 minutes. For best results never let the moss totally dry out. The succulents will continue filling out and cover the frame . Using the easy care instructions your topiary heart will bring years of enjoyment.
